Meet Rutledge Livingston

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Rutledge serves as Spring Island’s Managing Broker. Licensed in both North and South Carolina as a Broker-in-Charge, he has dedicated his career to private, amenity-driven communities. His past leadership roles include heading Sales and Marketing at premier communities such as The Reserve at Lake Keowee and The Cliffs communities, including Keowee Vineyards and High Carolina.
